Anushka Singh is a Bollywood actor. She is amongst the highest-paid actresses, and has been awarded numerous awards for her acting. Nush is her brand of clothing designed for women. Anushka Sharma was born on May 1, 1988, in Ayodhya Uttar Pradesh to Kumar Sharma and Ashima Sharma. Anushka was born to the retired colonel. Anushka's mother is a housewife. Karnesh Sharma, Anushka's older brother, was a Merchant Navy officer and is currently a movie producer. Anushka Sharma graduated at the Army School, Bangalore and has pursued Bachelor of Arts (B.A) from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. Anushka is a graduate with a Master in Arts qualification in economics. Anushka was not interested in being an actor but rather she was interested in becoming a model or reporter. Anushka enrolled in Elite Model Management after graduating in the field and received training from Prasad Bidapa, the stylist consultant. Anushka was chosen for the show by Wendell Rodricks as the final model for his Les Vamps Show, which took place at Lakme Fashion Week in 2017. Anushka has been working with a variety of companies since making her debut a model at Lakme Fashion Week. She's done campaigns with Fiat Palio, Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry, as well as Fiat Palio. Anushka took an acting class and began auditioning for movies along with her modelling career. Anushka sharma made her film debut in 2008, with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She starred opposite Shah Rukh Khan. For her screen test, she was not willing to take an impromptu one and took a day to prepare herself. Then she was offered three films with Yash Raj Films. The film in which she appeared was portrayed as a young lady who got married to a middle-aged man (the role Shah Rukh Khan is playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka appeared in the 2010 film "Badmash Company" alongside Shahid Kapoor Meiyang Chang, Vir Das. The film received mixed reviews. Anushka Sharma starred in the same movie 'Band Baaja Baaraat. She portrayed a Punjabi woman from the middle class who owns her own wedding company. The film received excellent reviews, and was considered to be a surprise to be a success. Anushka's contract to make three movies under Yash Raj Films was completed with Band Baaja Baaraat.
